We hope to inspire your creativity with the projects we share here. We are home schoolers and love to be different, learn new things and have fun. We try to be as open minded as possible and when people say you should do something in a certain way, we ask why? Why should we follow suit? We are all unique and process things in different ways, so we should be free to express ourselves in our own way.

BOOK REVIEW (By Natasha 16/12/16) - Crispin The Pig Who Had It All by Ted Dewan
“Crispin The Pig Who Had It All” is about a pig who gets everything he wants but gets bored and restless very quick. He ends up breaking all the toys he gets, until Santa gives him an extra special present. One that beats anything he has ever had before. However, at first, Crispin doesn’t agree and is very disappointed but Santa is never wrong about the gifts he gives!
This is another one of our books that we have had for a long time. Kayleigh and I used to read it at any time of the year but now we keep it especially for Christmastime. Kids will find the illustrations fun and colourful. The text is easy to follow and flows really well. You will want to be a part of all the fun and games that go on. Hopefully by the end of the story they learn the moral it is conveying about friendship over material things. When you read it, you will be able to see for yourself why it was the winner of a Blue Peter Book Award.
