We hope to inspire your creativity with the projects we share here. We are home schoolers and love to be different, learn new things and have fun. We try to be as open minded as possible and when people say you should do something in a certain way, we ask why? Why should we follow suit? We are all unique and process things in different ways, so we should be free to express ourselves in our own way.

I hope this brings you creative joy and inspiration.
I wanted to make something decorative for Christmas and I had some fabric that came free with a magazine, so I thought I would make a basket to put some seasonal pot pourri in. I cut the felt into a square shape to match the size of the fabric. Then using red thread I sewed the two together round the edge using blanket stitch. I folded the corners and sewed them with the bows to give it a nice looking design. Lastly, I sewed round the base of the basket using running stitch just for effect. I actually made two of these. The second one had red felt with green thread instead. They were really useful, fun, decorative and Christmasey.
I hope this brings you creative joy and inspires you to start your own thread-tastic journey.
