REFUND POLICY

We hope you enjoy the products you have purchased from us. In the rare event that you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product please contact us via the contact us page within 3 working days of receiving the order where will provide you with the best possible solution to resolve the issue.

If you have purchased a product that is purchased in error or unwanted (Excluding digital downloads), you must first contact us within 14 days via the contact us page to obtain a returns authorisation. All returns must be received by us within 7 working days from the authorisation date and you are responsible to pay the cost of the return postage.

All returned items will be checked and processed and then refunded within 3 working days of us receiving them, minus the cost of the initial postage fee.

It is your responsibility to return products to us using a secure postage method, and using adequate packaging to ensure the order is returned in the same original condition that is was sent in.

Any returned products are your responsibility until we receive it back.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any digital products.

Digital Products

Digital downloads (crochet patterns and knitting patterns) are delivered automatically after payment. You will be sent a download link via email and you can also download them by logging into your account. If you have any issues receiving, downloading or viewing your downloads please contact us and we will be happy to provide assistance.
